Mercury stations direct in Virgo and transits through Virgo

For a while now I am looking for a job. My Solar Return chart promised me I would find one, and there was a nice transit coming soon: Mercury would go direct and at the same time make a conjunction with my Midheaven. The perfect alignment for a job: Mercury rules my tenth house, and describes the kind of work I do. I thought that in about this period, I would finally have some more success. But Mercury, the trickster planet, got me. Mercury is also the domicile lord of my seventh whole sign house of partners. Right at the day of this Mercury transit, my partner got a new job. Happy for them, though!
